D.J. Miller has been invited to join the International Insolvency Institute (III).
The III is a selective non-profit organization of leading practitioners, academics, judges and regulators in the international insolvency field whose members participate in various Working Groups of UNCITRAL, at meetings of international multi-lateral organizations such as the United Nations and The World Bank, and with other organizations, to provide thought leadership and contribute to the development and improvement of fair and effective insolvency laws and practices around the world.
