TGF articling students receive the 2015 Michael MacNaughton Student Writing Award for Insolvency Law.
Rachel Nicholson and Mitchell Grossell's paper, "The Broader the Better: Review of Expanding the CCAA Stay of Proceedings to Third Parties" will be featured on the OBA Insolvency Section website. This is the second year in the row that TGF articling students have won the award, as TGF associate Lee Nicholson was the recipient last year.
