Joshua is a commercial litigator known for his strategic acumen and his ability to see the bigger picture. As a member of TGF’s Litigation group, his practice includes construction, commercial, contract and shareholder disputes. Prior to joining TGF, he honed his skills at an insurance litigation boutique firm, appearing as counsel before various Courts and tribunals throughout Ontario.
