Canada 3000 (Airport Authorities): Successful appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada
Litigation counsel to seven Canadian airport authorities in a dispute over entitlement to seize the aircraft of Canada 3000. After an unsuccessful appeal to the Ontario Court of Appeal, the position of the Airport Authorities was vindicated by a successful appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada (Canada 3000 Inc. [2006] 1 S.C.R. 865).
