The International Insolvency Institute (III) is a limited membership organization comprised of the world’s leading insolvency practitioners, scholars and judges with expertise in international insolvency law and practice, drawn from more than 50 countries.  The Institute is dedicated to improving law and practice related to domestic and international co-operation in the insolvency area and fostering greater coordination among nations in multinational business reorganizations and restructurings.  D.J. will serve with this year’s Chair of III, Dr. Stephan Madaus of Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, Germany and a global Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
