TGF Summer Student, Daniel Alievsky, was presented with the 2022 Insolvency Institute of Canada's Law Student Writing Award
Daniel Alievksy was presented with the 2022 Insolvency Institute of Canada’s Law Student Writing Award for his paper entitled “Reverse Vesting Orders: Did We Forget About Creditor Democracy?”
Daniel will be the guest of honour at the Saturday Awards Dinner at the Grand Okanagan Resort in Kelowna, BC on September 10th, where he will be presented his prize and recognized for his outstanding accomplishment. He will be joined by his faculty sponsor, Prof. Alfonso Nocilla, as a guest at the conference.
