Erin Pleet was quoted in the St. Catherine's Standard in an article discussing her representation of a local community group in a proceeding to bring good governance to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority.

Local group A Better Niagara brought an application to enforce the proper interpretation of the Conservation Authorities Act and board appointments to the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority. The Court ruled in favour of A Better Niagara's request that the Court enforce appointments made by Regional Council, effective immediately.
