Robert Thornton and Rachel Nicholson (NextGen) are each presenting on panels at the upcoming International Insolvency Institute’s 26th Annual Conference and NextGen Program in Montreal, taking place on June 14-16, 2026. The Annual Conference remains the premier international insolvency conference for insolvency practitioners, academics, and members of the judiciary.

Robert Thornton will be presenting on the panel titled “Best Laid Plans: When Good Restructurings Go Bad”, which will dissect failed restructurings and liability management exercises across jurisdictions and offer valuable insights.

Rachel Nicholson will be presenting at the NextGen Program on the panel “Battle of the Brilliant Ideas” where fellow NextGen practitioners across four jurisdictions will provide innovative reform suggestions.
