Bio

Bobbie-Jo is a law clerk supporting both of TGF’s practice areas: Commercial Litigation and Restructuring and Insolvency. Bobbie-Jo assists TGF’s Commercial Litigation practice throughout the litigation process. In addition to supporting lawyers and clients in all types of litigation proceedings, including preparing affidavits, briefs, motions and reviewing transcripts, she also has experience attending motions and various examination proceedings with counsel, and supporting the use of eDiscovery and managing document-intensive files. In her work with the Restructuring and Insolvency group, Bobbie-Jo assists with receiverships, bankruptcies, reviewing and conducting relevant searches and the preparation of court materials relating to CCAA proceedings and receiverships.

Bobbie-Jo leverages her more than 20 years of experience in the legal profession to provide team members and clients with efficient, adaptable and resourceful support. As a diligent, focused professional, Bobbie-Jo enjoys the fast pace of her work, and brings a calm, positive attitude to each project, ensuring mandates are managed effectively throughout their lifecycle.

Bobbie-Jo is an active member of the law clerk profession. She serves as board chair for the Program Advisory Committee (PAC) for law clerks at Durham College, wherein she provides input on course materials to reflect the latest changes in the law clerk profession. Bobbie-Jo is also an active speaker; in addition to presenting to students at Durham College, she has also been a panel speaker at the Institute of Law Clerks, sharing her experiences in the legal field and career opportunities in legal administration. Bobbie-Jo is a member of Women in eDiscovery, which connects her to her long-standing passions for technology and learning.
