Bio
Anne is a law clerk in TGF’s Commercial Litigation group. She works with the firm’s litigators on a variety of litigation matters, including preparing court documents for motions, mediations and trials, and organizing and tracking large litigation files and deadlines. Having previously worked as a legal assistant with the firm, Anne has experience with document collection, e-discovery, court deadlines and other priorities critical to commercial litigation matters, and has regularly managed the administrative demands of multiple, concurrent complex commercial litigation mandates. Anne is known for her resourceful approach to client service, and is often commended for her positive attitude and her ability to adapt to new priorities and challenges.
Anne received her Law Clerk Certificate in 2019 and is a member of the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario. She previously completed training in law firm office administration, which she continues to leverage in her work at the firm. Anne is also a member of Women in eDiscovery (WiE), the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS).
Prior to joining TGF, Anne worked at a national law firm as a litigation legal assistant, where she built her deep knowledge of commercial litigation across a variety of sectors.
