Andrea maintains a general litigation practice with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation. Her clientele includes directors and officers, creditors, shareholders, private and public corporations and small business owners. Andrea has been active in cases involving a variety of areas, including shareholder remedies, contract disputes, injunctions, negligence, breach of fiduciary and statutory duties, oppression remedies and employment law. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, on an array of motions, trials, appeals and applications.

- Member of team assisting U. S. Steel Canada defend against the first Investment Canada Act prosecution
- Represented, as part of a team, a major Canadian business in a $40-million private arbitration arising from a contractual dispute
- Counsel to a youth in an abuse of process application in the course of a high-profile manslaughter trial
After receiving her Master of Arts in Psychology at the University of Alberta, Andrea attended the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law where she graduated on the Dean’s Honour List. She also received the J.S.D. Tory writing prize and the Law Society of Upper Canada award.
Andrea is a member of The Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Andrea is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Anxiety Disorders Association of Canada.
