Restructuring Associates (2 to 5 years)
We are currently looking for high calibre restructuring associates to join our team of leading practitioners in the areas of insolvency and restructuring. Specific areas of practice will include the enforcement of security, debt refinancing and restructuring, cross-border restructurings, reorganizations under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act, private and court-appointed receiverships and commercial bankruptcies and proposals.
We are currently looking for restructuring and insolvency associates to join our team.
This position would be suitable for lawyers with two to five years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring. Specific areas of practice will include representing creditors, debtor companies, court-appointed officers and all other types of stakeholders in various restructuring contexts, inside or outside of court proceedings, preparing court materials and attending on Commercial List matters independently and as part of a team, and all aspects of corporate restructuring transactions.
