The Honourable Frank Newbold was recently invited to speak to the Dispute Valuation section at Deloitte University’s two-day conference on the topic of expert valuations including the role of the expert in drafting expert reports, understanding what judges and arbitrators look for in those reports, how judges and arbitrators make use of compelling expert reports and the do's and don'ts of giving evidence and being cross-examined.
