TGF represented the Ontario Securities Commission in connection with the CCAA proceedings involving Sino-Forest Corporation to ensure those proceedings did not interfere with the enforcement proceedings commenced by Staff of the OSC pursuant to the Securities Act (Ontario).
TGF assisted Staff of the OSC in the enforcement proceedings against certain directors and officers and the auditors of Sino-Forest Corporation.
