Paul D. Guy has been appointed the inaugural Secretary for the Commercial Litigation Practice Group at The Advocates’ Society (2018-2019 term).
The Advocates’ Society is an association of litigation counsel in Canada comprising more than 6,000 judges and advocates from all practice areas. The Society was established in 1963 to ensure the presence of a courageous and independent bar and is the leading voice for issues affecting litigation practice across the country. Paul has been active with the Society for several years. The Commercial Litigation Practice Group is comprised of a subset of members of the Society whose practices are focused on commercial litigation.
